One thing I noticed is that the cover goes on easy if the outside air temperature is about 80F or higher. At colder temps, the diaphragm is reluctant to stay in the groove and getting the cover on correctly becomes a difficult task. No more needle adjustments in the winter for me. Mark B2 A2
