[dsn_klr650] fork tube position.

Um, I think I'd fix that, DJ.....  Pinch bolts may have vibrated loose, and there is the annoying "dumb dealer assembly" factor, too.

I just got my Dual Star centerstand today and was reading the destructions.  They say that the normal position for the top of the fork tubes is flush with the top of the triple clamps.  Is this true?  The tops of my forks are approx. 2 3/8 inches above the top of the clamps.  Maybe this explains why I don't have much trouble putting my feet on the ground with my 32 inch inseam. Can anyone confirm the Dual Star statement for me.  Tanx. Cheers, D. GBG eh14 Visit the KLR650 archives at http://www.listquest.com/lq/search.html?ln=klr650 Support Dual Sport News... dsneditor@...
