NKRL Carnet de Passages Hello! I was wondering if anybody could give me some information on how important is to have a Carnet in Central and South American countries.  I need specific information (possibly: what was your experience) about the following countries: Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Surinam, Trinidad & Tobago, Uruguay, Venezuela.  I think the rest of the countries do not demand a Carnet, but if you have experienced something different at the border, I'd like to know about it. I do not wish to pay 3000+ CAD to CAA if I don't really have to. Thanks very much for the help! Cheers,                                         istvan+Eh13
