No click in the balancer tensioner. The cam chain tensioner clicks though. Sometimes the cam chain tensioner is reluctant to advance. I and a few other guys I know like to remove the endcap and spring, and nudge it to the next stop with a 1/4" drive socket extension. If you don't hear a click after applying a moderate amount of pressure, then the cam chain is tight enough already. Mark B2 A2
