I use a GOLD BELT kidney belt. I use to race motocross and it helps by keeping those kidneys from bouncing around as much w/o one. I feel it also helps with back support for those long rides. If I remember right they were under $25. I tried to order some of these last week but the ones I picked were on backorder.  I will try to find some others to have in stock, for you that have a sore back after riding all the way here.  I never use one but Peggy swears by them.   Fred

They are great. I use one for any long distance riding or off-road ride. They hold your insides together and keep your lower back from getting tired. I have an AXO, but I think any Motocross style would do. Don't waste your money on the leather ones. Gino
