I use a GOLD BELT kidney belt. I use to race motocross and it helps by keeping those kidneys from bouncing around as much w/o one. I feel it also helps with back support for those long rides. If I remember right they were under $25. Get a kidney belt if you don't have one. Not only will you have less fatigue, but you actually ride better, especially in the dirt, because they force you to site more upright, and absorb some of the jarring your body takes. Conall, All is not lost. I finally have been able to get a reliable contact in the Castrol labs, not the 800 number customer service propaganda. I`ve been trying to get inside Castrol for a year now, but one of my Shell acquaintances ( who I had to promise some trophy trout) gave me a name and direct line and I`m waiting on some information in the area of them potentially addressing the motorcycle situation. They`re aware of a lost loyal following and are making overtures to hopefully have an option. There are no guarantees, but he said they are working on it. I`ll update you off-List. Skip
