Does anyone know where can I find a web site for these jackets?  Where are the best prices? ----------------- Hey Jim, I have a Kilimanjaro and I've been very happy with it.  Totally waterproof, lots of pockets, zip out liner, etc. Check out www.intersportfashions.com. Shop around before you buy.  I found prices for the First Gear stuff really varied among retailers.  I'm pretty sure fellow lister Fred Hink sells them.   Service from him is great.   I have two Kilimanjaro jackets...one nylon, one leather.  The leather one is cooler by far....flows way more air up the sleeves and through the torso vents.  The nylon one has become my winter jacket, the leather one for hot weather.  Sometimes, it's just too hot, nothing's going to be cool.

Chris, I live in West Texas and I have found that the Motoport Ultra II is a pretty good answer for protection and surviving the heat. It has a zip out waterproof liner that I don't use unless cold weather or a cool rain call for it. The hot weather riding is bearable with a T-shirt underneath and the unlined Motoport. If it's really hot just stop somewhere and soak the T-shirt down and you will notice a drastic difference for an hour or so. If you need any other info you can contact me directly. Larry in scenic West Texas
