---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---- I've was on the Burr Trail, or at least most of it, in about '75 on an 850 Norton, two-up. I don't remember any pavement, though, so I guess it's changed. Just coming into Boulder, Utah from the west is an impressive sight. I like all that country so it's difficult for me to imagine anyone could be disappointed. I've been thinking recently I'd like to see that area again. [dsn_klr650] burr trail in utah off hwy 12
Jake Jakeman of Milford Utah, knows it very well and might very well like to give you a tour of the area on your way in (he's done that a couple of times with out of staters on the way to Utah)....Jake has an add in Dual Sport News so you can get his address from there... oil thermal breakdown
What is oil thermal breakdown and how does it happen? My guess is that when
the oil gets too hot once, it looses it's effectivness forever. Is this
correct? In my previous post, I described how I was caught in traffic in 90
plus degree heat and my fan broke while the temperatue guage was at max.
Should I change my oil? Could this also be true of coolant; should I flush
and change it too? Thanks in advance,
