<< What else is likely to fall off? >> I own a 67 Bronco, use it for 4 wheel drive rough off road stuff only, and have taken to having what I call a "wrench party" every so often. I now do the same on the KLR. Basically, just get a milk crate / stool, all the necessary wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, etc., a big container of your favotite beverage, and work from one end of the vehicle to the other checking and tightening every possible fastener. I always find one or two things that have vibrated loose, and it is much better to find them at home rather than off road or on a freeway off ramp. I'm thinking of modifying this procedure on the KLR by having a "Loctite party". CA Stu <-- No screws loose. On the bike, that is.
