I think a double barrel egg shooter mounted to the tail pipe would be safer and far more fun...or a mayonaisse filled electric trigger squirt gun mounted to the tail rack...or maybe figure out a way to have rabbit turds shoot from the handlebars so you could slow down and get beside the offending driver and drop s#@t directly in his lap.
