I'm afraid it's too late already now. I've committed myself to impending ball-and-chainhood. I won't be getting married here in the UK. I'll be going home to Malaysia. Eastern culture being what it is means that parents are heavily involved in the planning for the wedding. After my parents and hers have sorted out the dates, gifts, time and place and all that, I'm more or less in it for the long haul. My dad has told me that if I call this off, I'm on permanent exile. Oh well... Thanks for the warning though. Should have asked for advice from the list first (as usual). Let this be a lesson to all... Yus
