There was just enough wear and play in the wheel bearings that the spacer on the left (disc side) of the hub would rub once a revolution causing a squeal. After replacing the wheel bearings the noise was gone. BTW, I took the Kawi bearings to my local bearing house where they read the numbers stamped in the side of the old bearings and matched them to US made bearings for a total of $12.50 for both. Also I got sealed bearings that should be more resistant to water and which won't need repacking. Hope this helps. Kurt Grife Avila Beach, Ca
