Larry, I have some really good news and some really really bad news. I
went through the same thing about a month ago. The good news is...... I
wrote about it to the list. The bad news is... the story I wrote doesn't
have any good news in it. Check the archives, use lots of AeroKroil and
pray you don't have to do what I had to. Let me know if you can't find it,
can't understand it or other and I'll be happy to help you out.

P.S. There is no locking mechanism other than the corrosion between your
bearing sleeves and swing arm shaft. Good Luck.
