unexplained phenomena
I have observed, over the space of some forty years of ownership, that
the older my car gets, the more difficult it is to get in and out of. I
wonder if anyone else has experienced this unusual phenomena or is it
some condition peculiar only to my own TC.

Re: [mg-tabc] unexplained phenomena
Badger...Have noticed that myself and done considerable research. My
theory is that it is somehow related to the increasing force of gravity
over the years. Everything is heavier now. Also have noticed that the
print in the manual has gotten smaller, as have each nut, bolt and
washer that fall to the garage floor. All this started, I believe, when
we put the man on the moon. Have no idea if this is coincidence.

unexplained phenomena
Well chaps I don`t have any difficulty. But then T-Racers don`t get old like randy old badgers do! On hanging jets, this is a common problem these days, and I`ve tried all the dodges described to no avail, but not silicone grease. Thanks for that. Thanks to some of you to the congrats, as well. Paddy.

Walter-- Bless you- I'm pushing 70-love the car- have owned it for 44 years
and believe me it gets harder to enter and exit every year-- It now takes
two hands to lift both knees into the cockpit and must rest for 5 minutes to
gain strength to pull out the choke button-- But I wouldn't give up the joy
of driving this car around the beautiful northern Michigan curvy road for
any thing-- the enjoyment at my age almost beats sex. (not really) but
close. Remember your car number is only 2 away from mine. Please send me the
web page address as I put a new hard drive in my computer and lost my
favorites list and can't get into the gallery and want to look at the final
badge design !

Badger-- Also noticed that when I bought my TC 44 Years ago my chest was
above the top rim of the steering wheel-- It now is interfering with the
bottom of the rim. Gravity strikes again. Maybe Viagra would help.

John-
I don't know about you or your situation, but your comparing driving a TC to sex got me to thinking. For me, the TC is more reliable, and it sure goes on for a lot longer..... maybe it really is better

JOHN,
Interesting comment about sex.
When asked what we do about sex by a local researcher my wife
responded.."We usually have tea around that time!"
PS I can remember the time when we had tea in a Mini...those were the
days..Please note I said Mini not a TC!
Regards Geoff
