Hi Gene,
Mike Card has asked me to forward his suggestion that you could
try Vintage Instruments in the UK, who supply reproduction choke
cables for the TC. The one he bought a couple of years ago, had a
proper twist to lock function and and a correctly sized knob. Worth
a try if you cannot obtain one in the USA.
