List Lucas Gurus With the recent success in identifying Lucas generators perhaps you would try 2 more as I am unsure of their proper use. Lucas number is probably 2254288 (but the last 4 digits are a best guess as they are not well stamped). To the untrained eye it looks like a TC generator without the tach drive rear plate. Both front and rear plates are cast ally. It is 2 brush, 4-1/2 inches in diameter and was working properly on my TC when I got it in 1976.
