A couple Hub and Brake questions

1) Fitting an oil seal to the front hub of my TC, I'm finding it impossible to insert the seal without the rubber covering along the sides of the seal from peeling back in places. Will this be a problem or can I just leave it that way? 2) What is the torque spec for the drum brake nuts on a TC? Thanks! - Steve S - TC8975, LA, CA
