CJR3 and other Lucas regulator covers

Just thought I'd add to this thread Vintage Car Parts UK has reproduced several replacement covers for vintage Lucas regulators and cut-outs. I ordered two CJF2 cut-out covers for myself and a friends J2. Excellent repros in fiber glass. But one was a closer brown color match to the CJF2 base and the other was quite a bit darker. I asked them about that and they said batch to batch can vary some. No cover hardware, ah there s the rub . Mecha-tronics in N.C., make a great repro wire cover holder for the rectangular-shaped covers! (Hope they don t shoot me!) Jan
