Hi. All, Thanks for the tips regarding understeer/washout, the reason I retained the 16" rear wheels was for a better ride and I took off the 16" wheels from the front as the steering was quite heavy, might have to live with it for a while! Oh, smooth roads in North Yorkshire not so. PS Never pick a fight with an ugly guy,- He,s got less to lose. Regards, Ron Benson TB PPS Still mulling over a Ford 5 speed box more after rebuild ,02
