Non T Type info needed

I have a photograph of a trio of people posing on what an appears to be a new Singer roadster, I am assuming it is in Post -War England, bicycle rider in background, fellow in picture wearing shorts, knee socks and the ubiquitous ascot, and it is not raining so they are happy. The question is that all I can see of the Brit plate is the letter P6, but there is a US military pass plate # 166 Kindley AFB, any idea when and where this picture was taken. From this picture it must have been a wonderful outing for these folks. Please respond off list. Joe Curto
