Lucas Headlamps - SFT700

Post by Monoxidemanor@aol.com » Tue Jan 08, 2002 6:58 am

Dear Nuffield Nuts: For reasons unknown, a pair of Lucas SFT 700 lamps came with the purchase of my 1937 TA. They look like two fairly large spots lamps that would go on a much larger car. Does anyone have a use for them and does anyone know their application? Best regards, Alan Campbell

Alan SFT lamps were fitted with a fluted lens to XK120, and Austin Healey 100-4, and they were a generic driving/fog lamp, used on Works Minis etc. They are currently in the Moss catalogue P/N 162-860 & 162-850. Nice picture of you and the bride in front of the B 17 I assume it is not part of your personal collection,( if it is will you adopt me) have flown in the Collings Foundation B17 and B24, excellent experience.
