nunquam dormio

Post by Frank O_ The Mountain » Sat Sep 15, 2001 6:13 pm

Dear learned folk, Can anyone translate for me? We found a badge at the Beaulieu Jumble a number of years ago with this saying on it. It is also the crest of the County of Warwickshire Royal Auxiliary Air Force and is quite beautiful.....Its now planted on the badge bar of our SA Tickford which itself is quite beautiful if I don't say so myself!! I need something to get my mind off the horrible events of this past week. The expressions of support from our overseas members is much appreciated here in the good old USA. Terry in Oakland

Terry: I have no answer for your badge question, but will let you know that Verna and I are escaping the sorrow of this past week. We are booked on a flight to the UK on Monday. We are going to enjoy the company of our English cousins for the next two weeks. Cheers: Skip and Verna............................................ the 17th of Sept. Skip, Does this mean partaking of the odd beverage with Mike Collingburn as was rumoured to have happened Down-Under some years past? Regards, David Lodge Skip Kelsey wrote:
