BA threads

Charles,British thread information is covered very well in a book called "Machinery's Handbook" this is one of those giant tomes that tells all, a good machine shop supply carries it. I have a little pocket guide which I have had for years from a Brit company called: Zeus Precision Charts Ltd.POB 155 St. Helier, Jersey, British Channel Islands. I have had this about 15 years so who knows regarding the address. Perhaps that Tap and Die company that was just on the list carries something, also Live Steam hobbyists use BA series so maybe some of our British pals may know something. Joe

Anyone who wants more info on BA threads than Chip Old provided, and doesn't have a copy of Machinery's Handbook, might have a look at the following: http://www.bhi.co.uk/hints/bathrd.htm http://www.htl-steyr.ac.at/~_morg/htl/FET/bathreads.html http://mcs.open.ac.uk/jep4/bachnge.htm David Cameron
