Shorter Push Rods

Post by frank drakman » Sun Apr 08, 2001 12:22 pm

Does anyone know where I could purchase a shorter pushrod than the "stock" ones sold for the XPAG? During my recent rebuild I had the Crane 340-0002 cam installed. According to the machine shop they say I need shorter pushrods or they suggested grinding a bit of the top "cup" of the push rod. I seem to remember looking around for shorter pushrods a few months ago but I do not remember finding any.

Rob: The later XPAG pushrod was made shorter. Also, I have crane pushrods, which are designed for the cam in question, and are shorter. Skip Kelsey,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, At 12:13 PM 4/8/01, Tammy Greaves wrote:
