It has been for sale for over two years for as much as $24,000+. The reserve on this auction has come down into a more realistic range and someone with time, and access to the parts necessary could do a nice restoration of this car and end up with a vehicle of great value. I have talked to the owner and this car will require a LOT of work.

I would say that it is priced about right now (2K), and with 20-25K worth of parts, vendor services and two or three years time, it could be a nice car. There is never a bargain TC if it needs the work this one does.
