Hi Whitworth Heads, Am I the only one bothered by unnecessarily large photo files and long messages about parts that don't suite a T-ABC? I am looking at getting a faster internet service but not to read messages about TD parts or print 11x14 photos of tonneau covers! If this sort of traffic is desired, please create files on our e-groups web site and refer members to your posting file in a brief explanatory message. Thank you, Peter Pleitner

I thought the purpose was for all of us to learn about different details of restoring or correcting errors , if you are interested in the typical just delete it

NO, you are not you only one, Peter. Based on past experience, to avoid this annoying down load time, I use MAILSTART. Go to www.mailstart.com, open your mailbox and delete any or all of the messages that you want to. The unread messages are listed by subject and bytes. Close mailstart and then download the rest of your messages on your regular mail program. I am told that AOL will not allow you to use mailstart. Best wishes to all, Dick At 12:46 PM 04/01/2001 -0400, Peter Pleitner wrote:

Hear, Hear..... With some e-mail setups it can take ages to download photos and files. It has taken me over twenty minutes to open up my email this morning and none of the files were of any interest. Guys could we not send photo unless invited to send off list? Also fellas before you start yelping about what wonderful info it all is remember that some of us do have other things in our lives to do other than sit waiting for emails to open...... Oh and Tom, could you please turn off the capitals. We can hear what you're saying without you having to shout...... :) Murray Arundell Bne Australia
