To Glue or Not to Glue This is a matter of choice but you guys including of course Badger are not thinking right. I don't know about your cars but as far as mine is concerned I want it to flex just like you said but I also want the whole structure to flex evenly. Badger and his followers seem to want to use their wood joints as hinges. This has got to be crazy. A properly made and assembled joint won't move anyway so it doesn't matter whether you glue it or not. I have glued all tub joints on 3 TCs with a local 2 pack epoxy glue used for boat building (Epidermix 372). I make all my own wood pieces and the use of this glue has allowed my slightly less than perfect joints to work well. My body tub flexes without any problem and all joints on the first car are still holding after 3 years of good hard use. I have also glued all the door joints and the doors were still easy to twist for final alignment as once again the whole frame twists and the joints don't hinge like Badger's knees. But remember, glued or not, if there is any movement in any joint, you have loused up your restoration! Viv James
