TC SEAT set for sale

Hello everyone I thought about putting this on ebay, but would prefer to see it go to a fellow T-ABCer. I have a complete seat assy ( one back and two bottoms), including black vinyl covering that I want to move out of my garage. It is in good shape and my intention was to replace the black vinyl but I came accross a set already covered. If you need a decent seat set,this should work. The black vinyl is in OK shape. No rips or tears, but the instalation was not professional. They are boxed and ready to go. I was thinking of $200?? Is this fair?? If not, tell me what you think is.
