It's to bad, I prefer lists because you can see all topics as they come up and don't have to dig through all the separate sections to see if there is anything you might want to read. 'seems fazedbook is a convenient forum for quick response to recurrent questions.  As the book has risen, we've  sometimes seen old voices that were the individuals of  this list be lost.  But for the limited input I've added to it, I've always found this list responsive when the KLR need or thoughtful question needed answering.  Commonly found the depth of this list to be like a secret back door resource to any problem or question I needed solving.  Just don't move as fast on the chit chat as I used to, and haven't had any big problems with the bike. t. I joined the Facebook KLR group but rarely go there. Like Alan Henderson said - same reasons here. If the FB is being actively posted to, you have to page through multiple pages to (maybe) find what you want to see - and sometimes, just paging down reveals a topic of great interest but you missed it because it's on page 3. The pictures are nice, but that's about all. I use Facebook sparingly, and actually have an aversion to it. I have very little interest in Social Media. I've had a Twitter account for 10 years and have yet to post anything there.

 

I think that most of readers here go to the Yahoo page and read and post that way. I prefer email. All of my KLR related traffic goes neatly into my "KLR-650" folder and it's right there.

To be honest.  I don't wish to be active in a list where it's limited to an obituary.  I dropped my alumni membership for the same reason.  This list is either active or it ain't.  Technical info is lacking.  And the philosophical questions are gone.  No more KLR rants. I simply pass over the technical articles in Facebook I don't need.  Standing joke among Millenials is that Facebook is "old technology". If it's too new for some people, well..... I'll stay on the Facebook and pass over what I don't need.  So the question remains.  Is this an active group or ain't it?
