It's kind of funny, never would I have thought Youtube would be so darn helpful.  Find myself there watching instructional vids every time I wonder how something is done or to get other ideas.  Didn't use Youtube when doing our bike 13 years ago but did have a kit and helpful instructions.  With Fred's and others expertise on this board I'd never feel someone wouldn't have answers to those potential questions.  That subframe bolt upgrade is pretty important IMHO.  Especially if you ride hard, carry any weight or ride two up.
