Hi,
Does anyone know if the pre-'08 wheels will fit the '08?
I know I would have to at least get the new style brake discs.
Thanks.

headlight malfunction
It was a normal habit years back to replace the 10 amp fuse for the headlight with a 15 amp so the slow transition from low to bright or the other way also, having both filaments on at the same time, would not over amp the fuse.
Poo Yii, I've done crazy thing with the electrics on my KLR. Moved the fuses to under the clutch switch cover when converting to blade fuses first time. Then years later putting them back under the seat and not bolting the seat down so as I could get to them while on the road. So far, I've never had a problem with the seat coming loose ( Corbin Flattop ) but then I'm not trying to MX the bike either. Just my slow info gathering , smelling the roses pace. Also the top box will not let it flop very much.

The part numbers for the hubs are different because they are different
colors. The rotors are different because the late model uses a wave type
rotor and the front outside diameter is larger. The rotors inside diameter
and bolt pattern are the same between early and late model KLRs. You should
be able to use pre-08 wheels on your late model KLR when you add the late
model rotors. You may also want to use the late model spacers to fit an
early model wheel.
