Avoid ALL CITRUS. Citric acid causes inflamation, 1 small glass of OJ and that night for the next week PLUS i can not hold an ink pen, make a fist etc. without PAIN!!!!!, (learned it at 26 yrs old) Sprite, squert, lemon aid ETC ETC.
