Anyone know if the E-model switchgear can be transplanted to the A-model? Thanks, - Mike

motor mount fastener

One of the top upper motor mounts uses a nut that is a threaded bent piece of medal that locks/hits against the engine mount bracket or frame to make tightening the bolt easier. I am sure any decent grade correct size nut and bolt with locknut washer and/or loctite would work fine. J#3

The plugs are different on the 08 and newer switches so you will need to chop the plug off and rewire it. Not quite sure what you're trying to do but if you want the push to cancel turn signal capability you can get the following switch from Fred at Arrowhead Motorsports: Left Hand Plug n Play Switch Part number 16-0030. Look under KLR electrical parts. You will need the mirror and choke relocation bracket, which is good to have anyways. Link-> http://www.angelfire.com/ut/moab/parts_frames.html
