I have been dealing with an injury to my right Achilles tendon and wondered if foot pegs with a larger surface area then stock KLR would be a help. Looking over Fred's site I noticed Pivot Pegs and figured why not try them.Fred sent them off to me and I got them installed.They are the answer to my needs and I no longer worry about my injury. The broader surface area along with the pivot action is just what I needed.I am 68 yrs of age and don't tear around. I ride mostly dirt roads here in Western N.M. My riding habits are moderate at best.I wear a size 13 shoe/boot and have not experienced any problems with the breaking or shifting.This is nothing more then info passed on about a solution to my problem.
