experienced klr engine mechanic for re-assembly (san diego/southern

Hello KLR Breathen, I have a complete/good condition dissasembled 2004 KLR Engine that is ready to go back together but have been advised that I have only a mechanic who has put several KLR Engines together do the work. Question: Does anyone know a San Diego or Southern California experienced KLR Mechanic who they can recommend for re-assembling my engine? Cost: What would you expect or suggest paying for re-assembly of the engine's rather Complex Bottom End ---since have a friend who can take it from there once the tranny and case have been assembled.
