That guy can sure ride a bike, eh?
To answer your question, to wheelie a KLR you'd have to fill the luggage with bricks, and to stoppie one you'd have to build a wall with them and hit it at about 40.
Rolling burnouts on a KLR? Maybe on an ice rink.

(wasn't clear on the concept, I guess).
All I wanna do is finish ahead of the guy on the F 800GS
PS the good stuff in the video doesn't start until about 5 1/2 minutes in.

Mandatory life insurance? No "work boots". What the hell? "Must be Sidi or better"?

It's not an AMA sanctioned event, it's being privately organized and as such it behooves the organizers to be prudent and protect themselves.
I have no problem with it.
I thought it was going to be heavy on navigation and endurance, I can ride all day on the KLR, my KLR is in good mechanical shape, I'm a fair navigator.
I expect the KTM guys to be way way faster than me, but they won't have the range, and I'm hoping that their machines won't be as dependable as the mighty A13....
Thanks

Eric,
It'll fit BEHIND the coolant overflow on the right, under the gas-tank where it's UP and out-of-the-way. You'll have to fabricate a small bracket to mount it. DON'T forget to put the relay into the circuit, 'cause the Stebel draws LOTS of power!
Cheers,
Ed
