Here's a couple of sources for sealed AGM KLR650 batteries.  Good prices, but I never dealt with them, so can't vouch for 'em. For a Deka VTX15L, $67 with free shipping: http://www.tristatebattery.com/product_info.php?products_id=977 For a Magna Power VTX15L, $50 plus shipping: http://www.abatterystore.com/commerce.cgi?cart_id=1280094049.238&product=Motorcycle&pid=442686900098&log_pid=yes&keywords=etx15l I just purchased one of the Magna Power batteries at a local Advance Auto.  It's made in USA, and I am convinced that it is a re-labeled Deka.  I did a lot of Google searching for the Deka ETX15L and found positive testimonials about it. Thanks to everyone for your replies. I probably should have mentioned that I'm not looking for a KLR battery right now, although I do see how you could get that impression. At the moment, I need a DR350 battery, then one for a KTM. After that a DR650 is next up. The KLR will probably be getting a new battery next year.

I've had good prices and excellent service from WestCo http://www.westcobattery.com/ I bought a battery from Dennis Kirk http://www.denniskirk.com/ one time and it didn't come with acid. Local car parts place took care of that, but it was more hassle than expected. Chris
