Lost the starboard bolt and washer that holds the seat to the frame. Have another bolt that will fit, but not the special insert/washer that fits into the nylon slot in the seat tab. Do the dealers normally have these in stock or are there better places to get one of these? Steve A13

I ditched the seat bolts and put some velcro in place to hold the seat down. I'd offer you my old washer but I already gave them to someone else for a field repair on a DR650.

I used a flat (not a split lock) washer when one of mine went MIA. Dooden A15 Green Ape

Send me your street address offlist and I'll send you one. I knew there was a reason that I kept this part in my "KLR junk box" rather than throwing it out.. Thank you for providing the reason.
