Guys in these high costs energy times, I read a story this morning about Vespas converted into 3 wheeled rickshaws (with cab) in India. Some carrying as much as 9 people (with luggage for 1 passenger). As I sit here contemplating ......... thinking ........ thinking ......... I may need a shot of Crown in my morning coffee for added stimulation. Maybe Fred can talk Happy Trails into a 3 wheeled conversion for the mighty peasant bike (KLR). I figure with the KLR's superior power (verses the Vespa), we may be able to make a KLR bus for inner city transport. At last, I may have found a way to be a (quoting James Dean in the movie Giant) ... a .... richen. Sip! I may need to buy a welding rig. Criswell

Hey Ya'll ! I just bought my 06 KLR yesterday. 6700 miles on it. It's just barely broken in ! I gave $3600.00 for it and it is worth it. Don't worry about about the sound Jud.
