They be M4 X 12, aarrrrrr flat heads. I know a few (cough, cough) people have struggled with these screws in the past. I used to be able to get 12.9 coated, but they've dropped the rating to 10.9. The stainless are not up to this strength. If the screw is too soft it's possible to round out the hex, still better than the originals. Best way to get out the stuck originals (for me) get a decent philips that fits close. Put it in the screw, straight as possible. Tap lightly straight down on the end. The screws are soft enough that they extrude around the end of the driver and stick to it.
