Congrats, Chris! One thing I didn't see mentioned on your to do list is changing the fork oil. It'll be a silvery, smelly mess by now, so it'd be good to replace it. I'd also buy replacement allen-head bolts for the fork bleeder holes, as the OEM phillips-head screws are of the compressed oatmeal variety. M4 with a 0.7 pitch worked for me when I needed to replace mine.
