[dsn_klr650] top 5 breakdowns rephrased
The doohickey, the glass fuses, and the clutch / sidestand safety
switch are prone to failure. Some start to burn oil pretty good after
25,000 or so miles. The oil ring is not up to snuff according to a
friend. My doohickey broke, my headlight fuses have blown at night,
and my sidestand switch has given me problems. I had a top end job
done at 25,000 as it was smoking pretty good. The automatic
compression release has failed for a few.
I have 46000 miles on mine and ride it 80 mph (indicated) for hours
on end.

2008 improvements
Sorry if this has been discussed before, but I couldn't find a related
post. Did they get to fix the dohickey issue on this new bike? Does it
really ride better off road than previous ones?
