I got one of these for Christmas, although it didn't arrive it until after I had left home for California. I flew home last night and it was waiting in the shop for me. I unpacked it and looked it over a bit. I'll try it out tomorrow when I install the progressive fork springs. The handle is removable with a quik-release pin, and it also has a nice safety feature that prevents the jack from dropping if the cylinder were to fail. It came fully assembled and seems to be well built. One of the shop cats rode it up and down and seemed to think it gave a very smooth ride. The Sears part number is 50191. It also came with ratchet straps to secure the bike. I'll try it out tomorrow and let you guys know what I think. Ross Lindberg Fertile, MN Oakdale, CA

Looks like a flange bolt that might be available locally. If not, the 1984 KLR600 and KLR250 use the same bolt, which is listed separately from the tensioner, so the KLR650 might use the same bolt. KLR600 P/N 92002-1302 --> 92150-1380 KLR250 P/N 92002-1380 Fred
