vendor - show discounts offered for long beach international mo

Hi Mike, Will do, The Ride-On home kit is sold in 3 bottles in the attempt to make it a "one size will fit all" few things worse than to be in the middle of a maintenance procedure to find that you don't have all the product or tools you need to complete the job... usually results in testing the integrity of the garage drywall and the particular tool in hand. Three bottles of product will pretty much cover most any bike out there for both tires. Accounting for minor spillage etc. you can get the job done. The KLR runs pretty narrow rubber so there should be enough left to put in your mountain bike. Hopefully your mountain bike tubes have shrader valves, because the presta valve doesn't allow you to remove the valve core to install the product. Hope this helps. Yes, please do send me the information about the EZ-Flow crossover. I have an additional question about the Ride-On. I have tubeless mountain bike tires and was wondering if it would work in those as well? And as a follow on to the KLR tire discussion. I see that the kit contains 3 bottles of Ride-On. I'm assuming that it would take one bottle for each tire and leave me a spare bottle. Is that correct? If so, would the remaining bottle have sufficient volume to fill 2 mountain bike tires? Thanks again! -Mike Alex Plewniak wrote: Hi Mike, Thank you for your interest. 1. The EZ-Flow is a fuel crossover that can be made from braided stainless or the heavy gauge rubber fuel line that we are all accostomed to. The end fittings are chromed or nickel brass or plastic if mating to a plastic desert tank and readily modified to most any application. I will send you some more information on EZ-Flow off-list but I have to get back to my other machine to do that. 2. Ride-On works in both tubed tires and tubeless tires, and has been tested in a number of applications.... Baja 500, Baja 1000, the KLR650.com sidecar run from Rosalia, WA, to Inuvik, Canada via the Dempster highway(not only no failures, but never even had to adjust air pressures) Successful testing by Alaska Riders Tours (www.akrider.com) to include intentional nail punctures to measure sealing capability etc. just to name a few. Ultimately it is more effective in a tubless application because there is greater surface area coverage and a tubeless tire casing is less prone to tearing... but it definitely works in tubed tires as well, remembering that tubes do tear and puncturing items can be deflected and hit the tube in areas where the product may not provide coverage. 3. Yes, because you have asked the question.... We will offer free shipping to those who respond and purchase as a result of this email. Because you are out of state and won't have to pay CA sales tax that is already out of the equation. The offer does however have a time limit.... Orders must be placed by COB Monday, Dec 11, 2006. which coincides with the closing date of the Long Beach IMS. Thank you again for your interest! Too bad you can't make the show, Long Beach is a good event, and it would be nice to meet some listers in person. I'm in Phoenix and won't be at the show, but I would like some additional info on a couple things. 1) Where can I read about the fuel xover kit for the KLR? 2) Does Ride-On for motorcycles work in tubed tires? 3) Are you offering any deals for online purchases of your products resulting from this email? Thanks in advance. -Mike lastingplanet wrote: For any interested listers that are thinking of attending the Long Beach International Motorycycle Show the weekend of Dec 8-10.
