Where can I obtain the bolt specs/dimensions (ie; grade, size, pitch,
length) without taking each one out and measuring? I would like to
replace the majority with stainless and possibly a different head
configuration.
Thanks

bolt dimensions
I don't know about a schedule of fasteners, but when I asked this
question a few months back, someone here kindly suggested:
http://www.desmoparts.com/kawasaki/index.htm
These folks sell entire kits of upgraded SS fasteners specifically for
the KLR.

The parts diagrams at _www.buykawaski.com_ (http://www.buykawaski.com)
identify most fasteners by size and pitch.
