A friend and my self recently ordered parts form happytrails.com we ordered 3 dohickeys and a fork brace. When the parcel arrived it contained only one dohickey (I was there for the parcel opening, I was the one who opened it) Since my friend was nice enough to use his visa to order the parts for me( the two dohickeys) he has been dealing with happytrails.com about the missing parts. But there has been very little response from happy trails.com I was hopping to have a dohickey replacement party so every one could get the parts installed but it has been 2 weeks since the problem and the nice weather is wasteing.(not to mention the mechanic who one of the dohickeys was for is pestering me for his part(and I need him to walk me thought the replacement)) Has anyone else had this type of problem with happytrails.com? Is there an easy way for my friend to get the ball rolling so I can get my missing parts?
