what tools do i need to adjust the cahin and swap out my rear brake

I know I could just drag all oof my tools out - but I live on the 3rd floor of my building and don't want to tote everything out there. Anyone know what size wrenches, Allen wrenchs, etc. I would need off the top oof their head....... I know someone here does.. Thanks -don BTW- Who was it I passed on the bay bridge early last week at around 9pm or so? It was a red KLR, nerf bars and hard bags in back - I was on the white '94.....
