tire changing and valve adjustment videos

Several month lurker, finally a poster... 2006 KLR that I'm prepping for a trip to South America. I keep seeing references to a couple of "how to" videos on tire changing and valve adjustment. Where do you get these? Sounds like a good idea. thanks for all the great help on this forum Steve
