Glenn, here is a simple way to avoid future problems, a couple
suggestions.
1. Give people the benefit of the doubt.
2. If someone overlooked a sticky or post, cut them a little slack,
we're all supposed to be pals.
3. At the very least, don't accuse people of intentionally breaking the
rules and trying to rob you.
4. Don't use your website to bash your members and then lock them out
so they can't respond. This reflects poorly on you.
5. Don't ruin another website with a rehash of your accusations.
6. If someone posts an ad, and it will happen again, without paying the
fee, just send them a reminder AT THE TIME YOU OR YOUR MODERATORS ARE
REMOVING THE AD. Don't wait a few days for others, including your
moderators, to bash him, this would be upsetting to anyone.
Cya.
