I'd also have to disagree. Obviously, it was easier than what you or I could do but it was difficult nonetheless. Remember the first episode when the KTM "expert" said it was too amibitious and likely to fail? There were many ways they could have made it easier on themselves and I give them credit for doing it the hard way. I'd also recommend the book. It is a good complement to the TV show and there is not a lot of overlap between the two. The book fills in the gaps that the show left out and skips lots of the other stuff that the show does a good job of covering. Also, remember that part of the trip was to benefit UNICEF and the book makes it pretty clear that their interactions with the children at the UNICEF facilities was a highlight of the trip for them. Seem like two pretty decent guys to me and I give them credit. John

If anyone is interested the show about Ewan Mcgregor and Charley Boorman riding BMW motorcycles on a 3 month trip through 13 countries is on the Real channel on DirecTV channel 250. Show times are 12/12 @ 7:00PM cst, 12/13 @ 7:00PM cst, 12/14 @ 7:PM cst, 12/14 @ 11:00PM cst, 12/15 @ 7:00PM cst. These are all the times my Tivo picked up there maybe more. I heard that it was kind of cheesey but anything about motorcycles when its cold is usually worth watching.
