anyone know any good klr600 mods

After getting my non running klr600 home I figured out the cam chain tensioner broke causing 4 bent valves. luckily the piston and cylinder seem ok. Does anyone suggest anything else i should do while i've got it tore apart? also any other mods that will help make this bike the best it can bee would be greatly appreciated. thanks
